Our service provides casual staff to cover around the clock shifts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ABLECARE On –call staff are ready to take your call from 5am to 11pm daily to assist in alleviating any shift vacancies, allowing the facility to continue providing quality service without the additional stress of shift cover. The On-call staff, provide regular updates to the facility keeping them informed, followed by an email confirming the shift has been filled.
ABLECARE is unique and believes in recruiting qualified staff local to your facility, to ensure the most cost effective and timely service. In doing this ABLECARE is capable of supplying staff without the additional travel and accommodation expense facilities have been subject to in the past.
